Apollo Cradles have been challenged by our clients in recent years to provide lifting solutions to assist in the installation & removal of items such as;

  • Pre cast façade panels (GRC)
  • Insulated cladding panels
  • Curtain walling
  • Glazing units
  • Glazing frames

These items have varied in weight up to & in excess of 1000Kgs.

Using a mixture Apollo manufactured ‘X’ & ladder beams our Scaffold Services business developed the ‘Monorail Truss’. These are modular and are built up to required size of the mast climber, Single or Twin configuration. A lateral moving trolley can be used and supplied to manoeuvre the required load to its fixing location.

Typical Monorail Safe Working Loads

  • Single mast machines ranging from 600Kgs – 1500Kgs
